She has gained invaluable experience, knowledge, and insider secrets while working at diamond jewelers Kay and Zales. During her time in the retail industry, Juli trained new hires in company knowledge, jewelry knowledge, and best practices. However, she decided to leave after being forced to sell low-quality products to customers to meet arbitrary sales goals.
