We reviewed the purchase evidence preserved in our jeweler reviews: products received, delivery timelines where recorded, our photographs, grading paperwork, packaging observations, support interactions, and completed returns. We then checked the current policy summaries separately. We only give an exact delivery time where our order timeline supports one, and we do not call a policy a tested return unless we actually completed the process.
